This prep counter has a stainless steel exterior and insulated stainless steel lid, with a fully automatic controller with constant digital display. This unit is supplied with sixteen 1/6 GN (100mm deep) polycarbonate pans and two large shelves (425mmx 538mm). This unit features an incredibly heavy duty compressor, which is effective at keeping the internal temperature down, even when ambient temperatures are up to 43°C.
